The program
NabShift Shift Alerts is a text-message service that lets security staff receive and respond to work-shift information — open-shift offers, claim confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, approvals, and check-in prompts — sent by the security staffing company that engages you (the "Company") using the NabShift platform.
How you opt in
You are added to a crew roster by the Company's scheduler and asked to confirm before alerts begin (reply YES). Only workers who have opted in receive shift alerts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on shift activity — for example, when shifts you qualify for are posted, or when you claim, drop, or are reminded of a shift.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. NabShift does not charge you for the messages themselves.
Opt out — reply STOP
Reply STOP at any time to cancel shift alerts. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, and supported carriers may change.
Privacy
Phone numbers and opt-in data are handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
