What per-seat pricing actually costs a bench-heavy roster
Almost every scheduling tool bills per user, per month — a model built for a workforce where most of the roster works most weeks. A security roster usually isn't shaped that way: a core crew, and a much larger bench of names who work occasionally. Here's what that mismatch actually costs, worked through with real numbers, not a generic complaint.
An illustrative example — not a projection
A 150-name roster with 90 active this month. This is a made-up but realistic shape for a mid-size security company; run your own numbers before treating any of this as a promise of savings.
